We build safety training for people who work on their feet.

Most compliance courses are written to satisfy a regulator. They're long, read aloud from a slide, and everyone clicks through them at 2× on a phone in the walk-in. Nobody remembers a thing.

We build the opposite. Every course is a set of filmed situations your staff will actually meet — a guest who says the word "allergy," a cooler that drifted out of range, a regular on their fifth drink. The learner has to decide, and then they see what their decision cost.

We think that's the difference between training that checks a box and training that changes what happens on the floor. When the worst thirty seconds of a shift arrive, the person standing closest shouldn't have to improvise.

What we believe

Preparation is a form of care — for the guest in trouble, and for the person who has to help them. Nobody should have to spend the rest of their life wondering whether they got it right.

Short beats long. A twelve-minute module a server can finish between services will always beat a two-hour course they never start. We cut everything that isn't the decision.

Proof should be simple. A certificate is only useful if someone can trust it. Ours are live records with their own link — hand an inspector a URL, not a binder.

Access is not optional. We build to WCAG 2.1 AA so every worker can use our courses, and so public-sector buyers can too. Accessibility is a feature, not an afterthought.

We're new — and we'd rather say so

We'd rather be honest than pretend otherwise. What we can promise is that we don't claim approvals we haven't earned, and we tell you plainly what a certificate does and doesn't cover in your state. Some certifications require a state-approved provider or a hands-on skills check; where that's true, we say so and point you the right way.
